Howard Zelin Holds Extensive Experience in the Real Estate and Finance Industry

Howard Zelin is a veteran in the real estate and finance industry. He is currently serving as the President of Zell Development Corp., a well-known company that has successfully completed acquisition, development and construction of various projects along the East coast. They have managed a wide range of multi-family projects in Brooklyn and the Bronx; Single family construction in New York, Florida and Massachusetts; and many more.

Howard Zelin is an alumnus of Syracuse University from where he obtained his B.S. in 1977. Later, he attended the Toura Law School to complete his J.D. While brilliantly fulfilling his role as the President of Zell Development Corp., Howard makes sure that his responsibility towards the community does not take a back seat to work.
