Howard Zelin is the former President of New Atlantic Capital Corp. He is a seasoned real estate professional with many years of experience in commercial real estate analysis, real estate finance, development services, and approval process.  He obtained his B.S. from Syracuse University in 1977 and later attended Toura Law School to complete his J.D.

As the President of the New Atlantic Capital Corp., Howard Zelin played a vital role in originating, managing, and servicing alternative investment products including first mortgage bridge loans and construction loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity & non-performing loan strategies. The company’s numerous partnerships with institutional private investment firms also helped provide clients the required capital in the fastest possible time.

Presently, Howard Zelin is the President of Zell Development Corp., an established real estate company in Syosset, New York.
